Administrator – 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Location: Enderby
Salary: £27,000
Due to significant company growth, SF Recruitment's professional services department is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator to provide essential administrative support. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the efficient delivery of solutions to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with sales and after-sales support to ensure excellent customer service.
Handle administrative tasks, including processing quotations, order forms, and invoices.
Maintain stock control and traceability of orders.
Oversee sales order processing and stock ordering.
Prepare and manage marketing materials related to relevant products.
Operational Support:
Provide assistance to the warehouse in identifying, picking/kitting, and commissioning units.
Liaise with internal teams, including engineering, accounts, and sales, to facilitate smooth operations.
Support hardware preparation, set-up, and commissioning on technical and customer portals.
