Support Worker

Temporary Contract | 20+ Hours

Salary: £13 - £14.50 per hour

Location: Taunton

About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team, providing person-centred care in a nursing and residential setting. Your role will be essential in enhancing the well-being and quality of life of residents, ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and valued.

Shifts Available:

Days, Nights & Weekends

Responsibilities:

Assist residents with personal care, including washing, dressing, and mobility support

Provide companionship and emotional support

Work alongside nursing staff to follow personalised care plans

Promote residents' independence and dignity

Maintain accurate care records

Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 6 months' experience in a care role

Medication administration experience (desirable)

Up-to-date mandatory and practical trainingAll roles are subject to a successful enhanced DBS check.
