Caretaker/Handyman - Student Accomodation

Handyman/ Accomodation Assistant Required To Work With Leading Dundee Based Housing Association.

My client requires an experienced and professional student accomodation handyman/ assistant for a on going temporary contact.

Work will include very basic repair work, removing rubbish, cleaning and general manual handling tasks.

Hours: 40 hours per week 8 hours per day Monday - Friday

Location: Central Dundee

Duration: 3 months minimum

Pay rate: 13.05 per hour (Paid weekly)

Requirements:

Relevant experience - handyman, labouring, caretaking or cleaning

Must have good spoken english

Reliable and hard working
