M&E Account Manager - HVAC Building Services

My client, established in 1971, is a leader in providing bespoke planned and preventative maintenance service solutions. They are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join their team as an Account Manager/BDM within the HVAC Building Services sector, specifically within the Maintenance & CAPEX sectors.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, exceptional communication skills, and a knack for cultivating and maintaining strong industry relationships.

We’re looking for someone with 10+ years of experience in the M&E sector, ideally as a contracts manager or account manager, who is eager to take on a new challenge. This role offers the opportunity to build a services division, secure and mobilize new contracts, and drive the growth of the maintenance division.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and secure new business opportunities.

Manage and grow service sales within London and the Southeast region, focusing on PPM/Service contracts.

Organize and conduct sales visits to both potential and existing clients.

Prepare and present tenders, proposals, and quotations for new contracts.

Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to clients.

Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients.

Review cost structures and monitor sales performance metrics.

Maintain detailed sales reports and promotional literature.

Oversee the mobilization of new service contracts.

Package:

£60,000 - £80,000 annually

Up to 2.5% annual profit incentive on maintenance contracts

25 days holiday

Central London office location

Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
