Experience site Engineer- Cardiff

BIR currently looking for senior site engineer to work for One of our well-established RC Frame & Groundworks contractors in Cardiff. This is an ongoing project and to be completed in Oct 2025.

Successful candidate will be interviewed immediately,

As the Senior Site Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Carry out all QA inspections (pre-pour, post pour checks) and keep appropriate documentation.
• Co-ordinate with main contractor representatives with regards to inspections.
• Cube up concrete.
• Ensure site engineers carry out works as per programme and site plan.
• Ensure site engineers using most up to date drawing (this to be verified day to day basis)

• Maintain as build records, RED Line drawings and QA documentation.

• Assist Site engineers and site team as necessary.

Requirements:

To be successful in this Senior Site Engineer role, you need to be:

• CSCS card is required

• Previously worked as a Senior Site Engineer/ Senior Engineer/ Project engineer.

• Experienced in RC work and Groundwork- min 6 years.

• Must be familiar with method statements and risk assessments and have a sound knowledge of QA and onsite paperwork.
