Pay Rates : 12.00 - 18.00

To be a successful Residential Children's Support Worker, you will:

• At Least 6 Months of Paid Experience: You'll need recent experience working with children in a UK residential care setting as a support worker.
• Compassionate and Caring Nature: A genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of children and young people.
• Ability to Work with Complex Needs: Experience supporting children with autism, learning difficulties, and complex needs is essential.
• Teamwork Skills: You'll be working closely with a dedicated team of support professionals.
• DBS Check: You will need a current adult and children Enhanced DBS check (on the update service).
• A Valid Driver's License: Driving license is mandatory and business car insurance is essential.
