Shuttering Joiner - Groundworks Project (Loughborough) - Immediate Start

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Shuttering Joiner to join a groundworks project in Loughborough, starting immediately. The role will involve constructing and assembling formwork for concrete structures, ensuring precision and quality in line with engineering drawings and site specifications.

• Location: Loughborough
• Pay Rate: 25- 26 per hour (CIS/Umbrella available)
• Duration: Approximately 4 weeks, with potential for further work
• Start Date: Immediate
• Hours: Standard site hours with potential overtime opportunities

• Constructing formwork for foundations, walls, columns, and other concrete structures
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and site plans
• Measuring, cutting, and assembling timber or metal formwork to required specifications
• Ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently in accordance with site health and safety regulations
• Working closely with other trades and site management to meet project deadlines

• Valid CSCS card (Skilled Worker or above preferred)
• Full PPE (hard hat, high-vis vest, safety boots, gloves, and eye protection)
• Proven experience in shuttering joinery, particularly within groundwork and civil engineering projects
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship
