Electrical QC Inspector

Location: Alloa Site
Duration: 3 months (with potential for extension)

About the Role: 2020 Recruitment is partnering with our client to hire an experienced Electrical QC Inspector for a 3-month contract at their Alloa site. We seek a detail-oriented professional with a strong electrical background to ensure the quality and compliance of electrical installations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections of electrical installations in line with ITP/ITR requirements.
• Sign off on ITRs using the Go-Completions software.
• Approve test packs and documentation.
• Provide reports to the Site Quality Manager and Project Management.
• Participate in site meetings as required.
• Adhere to all site health, safety, and environmental policies.

Requirements:

• Electrical/Instrumentation background.
• NVQ Level 3 / SVQ Level 3 qualification in Electrical/Instrumentation.
• Proven experience in a similar QC inspection role.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Right to work in the UK and within a commutable distance of Alloa.

Start Date: ASAP
Hours: 50 hours per week (Monday to Friday, with optional Saturday work if required)
Shift: Site hours from 07:00 to 18:00
Rate: £600 per day (DOE, inside IR35)
