Responsibilities:

• Providing care, guidance, and emotional support to children and young people.
• Encouraging independence and helping them develop essential life skills.
• Assisting with daily routines, including meals, education, and recreational activities.
• Supporting children through challenges with empathy and patience.
• Maintaining a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment that fosters growth and development.

What We're Looking For:

• A caring, resilient, and compassionate individual who thrives in child support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiasm for working with children and young people, helping them overcome obstacles and achieve their goals.

Paid experience in child care for at least 6 months in the UK.
