Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with learning difficulties.
• Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
• Support classroom teachers with differentiated instruction and inclusive teaching strategies.
• Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Assist with classroom management and behavior support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a learning support role.
• Strong understanding of various learning difficulties and support strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other support staff.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed.
• Relevant qualifications in education or a related field are preferred.
