Are you a dynamic and experienced M&E Construction Manager ready to take the lead on a high-profile hospital project? We are seeking a proactive professional to drive operations at Crawley Hospital, ensuring seamless site setup, top-tier health and safety standards, and the smooth coordination of complex site activities, including crane lifts.

You’ll be working in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment, supported by skilled Mechanical and Electrical Project Managers, but the leadership and critical decision-making on-site will be yours.

What You’ll Be Doing:

✔ Lead all M&E construction activities on-site, ensuring efficiency and quality

✔ Coordinate closely with Mechanical and Electrical Project Managers for seamless execution

✔ Oversee site setup, including logistics and temporary facilities management

✔ Champion health and safety, enforcing strict compliance across all operations

✔ Manage crane lifts and other heavy equipment activities with precision

✔ Monitor progress, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met

✔ Communicate effectively with stakeholders, keeping them informed and addressing issues proactively

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience leading M&E construction projects—hospital experience preferred

* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams

* Deep knowledge of health and safety regulations and site protocols

* Expertise in coordinating complex site operations, including crane lifts

* Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills
