Description

Ensuring that all maintenance problems and queries are dealt with efficiently and effectively.

Guaranteeing that all maintenance activities are carried out safely and securely, and in line with company policies and procedures and current health and safety legislation.

Monitoring the basic fixtures and fittings of the building are maintained to the highest standards of order and tidiness at all times.

Adhering to daily & weekly checks to ensure smooth operation of site, keeping up to date & accurate records.

Directly manages the club Maintenance Engineer and organises work rotations and individual assignments.

Managing the monthly budget for ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of the Club in collaboration with the General Manager and Operation Manager.

Acts as point of contact for all external technicians and companies.Profile

A successful 'M&E Maintenance Manager' should have:

A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role, preferably in the Not For Profit sector.

Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as health and safety regulations.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Strong budgeting and financial management skills.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and a hands-on attitude.Job Offer
