Randstad, a leading healthcare recruitment agency, is seeking highly qualified and experienced Band 5 ICU Nurses for immediate placement in Bristol. This is a high-priority recruitment drive (urgency level: 3/4), and we are actively seeking to expedite the hiring process for suitable candidates.

We are seeking experienced Band 5 ICU nurses to join our team in Bristol. Successful candidates will possess a proven track record of providing high-quality patient care within a critical care environment. This is a crucial role requiring a high level of skill, competence and professionalism. The employer is actively seeking qualified candidates to expedite the hiring process.

• Providing comprehensive and compassionate nursing care to critically ill patients.
• Monitoring patients' vital signs and administering medications as prescribed.
• Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Adhering to all relevant NHS guidelines and protocols.

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration (essential).
• Minimum of 12 months of recent experience as a Band 5 ICU nurse within an NHS critical care unit (essential).
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to high standards of patient care.

24-hour shifts are available, encompassing day, night, and weekend/bank holiday duties.

Competitive pay rates, in line with NHS banding and capped rates.
