Project Manager/Contract Manager
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Contract Manager to oversee projects ranging from £3M to £6M in Central London. This is an ongoing contract role paying £260 -£270 per day.
Ideal for a senior site manager who has transitioned into a PM role, you’ll be responsible for running projects, managing programmes, and handling contracts. Strong IT skills are essential – you’ll need to be comfortable with emails, project tracking, and reporting.
Projects - commercial, residential, education, retail.
Key Requirements:
✅ Proven experience managing construction projects (£3M-£6M)
✅ Strong contract management skills
✅ Ability to run programmes and oversee project delivery
✅ IT-savvy – able to handle emails, reports, and project software
✅ Based in or able to work in Central London
