Job Title: Secondary Supply Teacher 

Borough: Redbridge 

Pay: Competitive Daily Rates 

Start Date: Feb 2025 

Smart Teachers is seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Secondary Supply Teachers to work in a variety of secondary schools across Redbridge. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced teachers and ECTs looking for flexible teaching opportunities.

Role Overview:

Deliver pre-planned lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 in a range of subjects

Ensure a positive and engaging learning environment for students

Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies

Work on a day-to-day or long-term supply basis to suit your availability

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

Experience teaching in a secondary school setting

Strong classroom management skills

Flexible and reliable with a proactive approach to teaching
