Are you an experienced Finance Manager looking for your next challenge in a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing environment? This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing business in East Sheffield initially on an interim basis, with a strong possibility of a permanent role.

The Role

As Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the financial health of the business, ensuring robust financial controls, and providing strategic insights to support decision-making. You will work closely Finance Controller and the senior leadership team to drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting

*

Implement and maintain strong financial controls and processes

*

Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making

*

Manage cash flow, working capital, and cost efficiencies

*

Lead and develop a small finance team, ensuring high performance

*

Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and stakeholders

*

Support systems and process improvements as the company scales

About You

*

Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) – desirable but not essential

*

Proven experience in a Finance Manager or Senior Finance role within a manufacturing or fast-paced environment

*

Strong technical accounting knowledge and commercial acumen

*

Ability to lead and influence at senior levels

*

Hands-on approach with a problem-solving mindset

*

Experience with ERP systems and strong Excel skills
