Adecco Northumberland are looking to recruit a number of Production Operatives on a temporary to permanent basis to help our client based in Ashington to continue with their exciting growth plans.

Working in a manufacturing environment your duties will include The role:

To work alongside colleagues in achieving all production targets

To update and record all production records as required

To ensure health & safety measures are followed at all times

To be aware of all company quality standards, to remove all defective items

To assist in other production areas, if necessary, supporting colleagues and maintaining a great team working environment

To inform management of any changes or issues regarding the production schedule

To participate in training, pre-shift meetings, and quality auditsThe person:

Proven experience within a team based environment

A team player with a pro-active approach to supporting colleagues

Confident written & verbal communication skills in English

Ability to work with minimum supervision

Strong attention to detail, particularly with quality checks
