Our client, a reputable firm within the construction industry, is seeking a skilled Slinger to join the team for the Saltash Tunnel Refurbishment project. This is a contract role with night shifts, perfect for those looking for an exciting opportunity within a large-scale infrastructure project.

• Performing slinging and signalling duties to safely guide crane operations
• Maintaining clear communication with crane operators and site workers to ensure smooth operations
• Ensuring all lifting operations comply with safety regulations and best practices
• Inspecting and maintaining lifting gear and equipment
• Assisting with general site duties as required

• Experience working as a Slinger within the construction sector
• Relevant certifications including BAE-trades-slinger, Slinger/Signaller (Banksman), and Banksman/Slinger (CORE)
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and lifting operations
• Ability to work night shifts, Monday to Friday from 20:00 to 05:00
• Excellent communication skills and team-working ability

• Contract Duration: 4+ months, ending in June with possible extension
• Working Hours: 20:00 - 05:00, Monday to Friday (nights)
