INTERIM HEAD OF REPAIRS

London

Park Avenue are pleased to be partnered with a London Borough who require an Interim Head of Repairs.

This role is a 6-month initial contract, with you being in their office 3 days per week with the team. The offices are accessible via London Underground, or via car (with parking available locally).

• Directly reporting to the Director of Housing, with a headcount of 50 below you.
• Overseeing the management of 8000+ housing stock, including 1930s/40s homes and new builds. There's an ongoing refurbishment programme for their high-rise blocks which you'll be involved with. Section 106 falls under the Development team.
• Repairs are outsourced to external agents. Your main responsibility is supporting the teams below you, and reporting all updates to senior management and ensuring the teams are all progressing suitably.

Previous experience in a Local Authority or Housing Association is essential.
