Position: Learning Support Assistant
Location: Manchester, M20
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: 12.83 - 14.54 per hour
Hours: 8:15 AM - 3:45 PM, Monday to Friday

Reeson Education is working closely with a fantastic SEMH school in Manchester to find a Learning Support Assistant to join their dedicated team. This is a full-time, long-term role supporting pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support for children with SEMH needs

• Create a safe, secure, and engaging learning space for all pupils

Requirements for the Learning Support Assistant:

• Experience working with children with SEMH or additional needs (preferred)
• A patient, understanding, and empathetic approach
• Ability to build trust and strong relationships with pupils
• A proactive attitude and willingness to support children's emotional well-being
• Commitment to working as part of a team in a specialist setting
