Are you a recent graduate with a passion for sports and a desire to inspire secondary school students? We are seeking a dynamic Graduate Sports Coach to join our team in Romford, starting immediately. As a Graduate Sports Coach, you will play a pivotal role in promoting physical activity and healthy lifestyles among our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging sports programs tailored to various skill levels.
• Mentor and motivate students to achieve their personal fitness goals.
• Collaborate with academic staff to integrate sports into the broader educational experience.
• Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.

Requirements:

• A degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and engage students in physical activities.
• Previous coaching experience is advantageous but not essential.
