Senior AWS Platform Engineer - SC Cleared

5 Months

£500.00 to £600.00 Per Day - Inside IR35

Location: hybrid working - 3 days in the London office

Current active SC Clearance required (used in last 12 months)

Essential skills/experience:

Current active SC clearance

Experience leading a small team of engineers and supporting as the technical owner of a project

AWS Platform DevOps, Infrastructure Automation & Deployment experience

Demonstrable experience in automating operations tasks with one or more scripting languages

Experience creating and/or maintaining production software delivery pipelines using common CI/CD tools (e.g. GitHub Actions, GitLab Pipelines, CircleCI)

Experience working with AWS (Azure/GCP experience is advantageous)

Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform, CloudFormation)

A good understanding of Cloud security principles (e.g. IAM, KMS, AzureAD, Security Groups)

Experience mentoring/managing junior engineers Desirable:

Experience supporting and operating production systems

Familiarity with configuration management tooling (e.g. Ansible)

Data Transformation tools

Python coding skills
