Your Impact as a Store Manager:

You will play a key role in leading and developing your team to ensure the highest levels of customer service and operational excellence. Responsibilities include:

Leading, motivating, and mentoring the store team to adopt a customer-first approach.

Overseeing core retail operations, including stock management, audits, and banking.

*

Ensuring the store meets high visual merchandising standards, implementing seasonal promotions and campaigns.

*

Collaborating with the People and Product Development teams to support team development and progression.

*

Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics to drive store success.

*

Recruiting, training, and onboarding new colleagues with support from the People Resourcing team.
