About the role

Title – Front of House team member

Annual Salary- £33,343 + a share of gratuities

Location – South West London

Shift Timings – Full time, 5 days a week on a split shift pattern

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a front of house team member,

Your main responsibilities may include:

You will be responsible for welcoming guests and taking guest orders

Communicating with the kitchen staff and ensuring all orders are correct

Offering menu recommendations and proving a seamless service to the tables

You will have the ability to build long - term rapport with both the guests and your immediate team

You will need to ensure you have aware personality and be willing to deliver an outstanding guest experience

To succeed in this role, you will need the following key qualifications:

Prior experience in hospitality, customer service or a related field is

preferred

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to engage in meaningful interactions with guests

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Ability to maintain a calm, collected demeanour in a slower- paced , high- guest -focus setting

A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences

Flexibility to work weekends and holidays , as required

A positive attitude and a professional appearance
