Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Externals Manager with a Temporary Works Coordinator (TWC) qualification and a strong Quality Assurance (QA) background to oversee key external works on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage groundworks, scaffolding, frames, civils, and logistics to ensure efficient project delivery.

* Oversee temporary works coordination, ensuring compliance with design and safety regulations.

* Implement and monitor QA processes, ensuring high standards across all external works.

* Ensure health and safety compliance, conducting risk assessments and enforcing site protocols.

* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth operations.

* Monitor progress against project timelines and budgets, resolving issues proactively.

Requirements:

* Temporary Works Coordinator (TWC) qualification (essential).

* Strong QA experience with a focus on compliance and best practices.

* Proven background in managing external packages (groundworks, scaffolding, frames, civils, logistics).

* In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations in construction.

* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
