Job Description

As the Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the electrical installation and commissioning works on-site, ensuring that all activities comply with the relevant safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines. You will manage and supervise a team of electricians, ensuring work is carried out efficiently and to the highest standard. You will work closely with project managers, site managers, and other contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.

Electrical Supervisor Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all electrical installation works on-site, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Lead and coordinate a team of electricians, providing guidance and support where needed.
• Ensure that all electrical work is completed in accordance with the project specifications and schedules.
• Conduct regular inspections of electrical installations to identify and resolve any issues promptly.
• Monitor the quality of work, ensuring that all installations meet the required standards.
• Liaise with the project manager and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and progress.
• Prepare and maintain daily reports, progress updates, and quality control records.
• Ensure compliance with all electrical regulations and codes of practice.

Electrical Supervisor Requirements:

• Gold ECS card
• SSSTS / SMSTS
• Previous experience as an Electrical Supervisor on commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and installation practices.
• Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds, 18th Edition, or equivalent).
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and plans.
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Proven ability to manage a team and deliver results within tight deadlines.
