HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) - Full Time Role at a "Good" Ofsted-Rated Primary School in Burton on Trent
Start Date: After February Half Term

Tradewind Recruitment are excited to be working with a well-regarded primary school in Burton on Trent, currently seeking a dedicated and skilled HLTA to join their team on a full-time basis, starting after the February half-term. What We Are Looking For:

• A qualified and experienced HLTA, ideally with experience in supporting children in the classroom.
• A positive, motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to support teaching and learning across a range of year groups and assist with the planning and delivery of lessons.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students, staff, and parents.
