Senior Human Factors Engineer.

Remote Working (2 days per month on site).

Job Description

Relevant qualification in Human Factors.

Experience applying Human Factors within a safety critical engineering context

Experienced in human reliability assessment. This should include:

Human error identification

Qualitative / quantitative error analysis.

Substantiation of operator safety claims.

A good understanding of the nuclear safety case process.

Ability to deliver Human Factors assessment with minimal supervision.

Able to work as part of a Human Factors and safety case delivery team.
