Job Opportunity: Testers & Testing Supervisors for Data Centre Projects in Sweden

Location: Southern & Northern Sweden

Rotation: 3/1 (3 weeks on-site / 1 week off)

Rate: €60 - €70 per hour

Contract Length: 12 months+

Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking qualified Testers and Testing Supervisors to join our team for Data Centre projects in both Southern and Northern Sweden. This is an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale infrastructure projects with competitive pay rates and long-term contract stability.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform and supervise testing on high voltage systems and associated equipment.

Ensure all testing activities are conducted in compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Work alongside project teams to ensure the safe commissioning and operation of Data Centre systems.

Conduct fault diagnosis and troubleshooting during testing phases.

Provide detailed test reports and recommendations for improvements.

Oversee and supervise other testers, ensuring accuracy and quality of work.

Collaborate with the team to resolve any technical or operational issues during testing.

Requirements:

Valid Testing Certification from a recognized body (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ, etc.).

Experience in testing high voltage equipment or similar systems.

Prior experience with Data Centre or large-scale infrastructure projects is preferred.

Strong technical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills in English (Swedish language skills are a plus).

Ability to work on a 3/1 rotation schedule.

Valid driver's license and ability to travel between project sites.
