Year 3 Class Teacher - Primary School - Kettering

The Role:

As a Year 3 Class Teacher, you will:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire and motivate pupils.

Encourage pupils' development across the curriculum and support their individual needs.

Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback.

Work closely with colleagues to share ideas and contribute to the school community.

What We're Looking For:

✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards it as an Early Career Teacher (ECT).

✅ Experience or passion for working with Key Stage 2 pupils.

✅ Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage young learners.

✅ Creativity and enthusiasm when delivering lessons.

✅ A collaborative and flexible approach, working well within a team.

✅ Commitment to supporting children's personal and academic growth.

Essential Requirements:
