Production Operative
Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment is seeking Production Operatives to join a reputable manufacturing company. This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking for a long-term role with the potential for a permanent contract.
Job Details:
Start Date: Available ASAP
Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:30 AM–2:00 PM
Overtime: Available
Benefits: Weekly attendance bonus
Contract: Opportunity to secure a permanent position after the season
Key Responsibilities:
Working efficiently on a production line
Loading empty bottles and boxes onto the line
Securing lids, coverings, and seals onto products
Quality checking labels, seals, and product contents
Meeting production targets
What We’re Looking For:
Reliability and punctuality
A team player with a positive attitude
Comfortable standing for the duration of your shift
Previous manufacturing experience is a plus but not essential
