We are currently looking for an experienced Repairs Coordinator to join a housing association.

£17 - £18 per hour
3 month contract
Full time / Agile working
As a Repairs Coordinator you will:
Be first point of contact for tenants
Identify repairs and issue it to subcontractors
Input invoices into systems
We are looking for experience in:
Social housing
Communicating clearly over email and telephone
General administrative duties
