Groundworker
Our client is one of the largest property services clients based in the Northwest, They specialise in refurb and maintenance, newbuild and voids.
They are currently seeking a skilled Groundworker to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in various groundwork techniques and possess a strong work ethic.
You are required to carry out repair work on tenanted properties.
To be considered
Experience within responsive repairs is essential
Groundworker qualification is essential NVQ
CSCS card
Experience carrying out repairs on tenanted properties is essential.
A full clean UK driving licence
Experience working with a PDA
Social housing experience
Hours: 39 hour week , 08:00 - 16:30 , Monday to Thursday and 08:00 - 15:30 on a Friday
CANDIDATE MUST BE WILLING TO BE PAID PAYE UMBRELLA £19.00 PER HOUR
