EYFS Class Teacher - Primary School - Coventry

Simply Education is delighted to be working with a nurturing and welcoming primary school in Coventry that is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic EYFS Teacher to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or an experienced educator to work in a positive and supportive environment, helping children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) develop essential skills and a lifelong love for learning. The position is available to start in the coming weeks, with both full-time and part-time options available to suit your work-life balance.

The Role:

As an EYFS Class Teacher, you will:

Plan and deliver creative, engaging, and developmentally appropriate lessons.

Support children's early development, fostering curiosity and independence.

Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.

Monitor and assess progress, tailoring learning to meet individual needs.

Work closely with colleagues and parents to support each child's development.

Contribute to the school's positive ethos and collaborative culture.What We're Looking For:

✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards it as an Early Career Teacher (ECT).

✅ Experience or a passion for working with EYFS children.

✅ Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development.

✅ Creativity, patience, and adaptability in lesson delivery.

✅ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

✅ A nurturing and caring approach, supporting children's well-being and learning journey.

Essential Requirements:

🔍 Two years of referencing history

📄 Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one)
