Marketing Specialist

Location: Desford, UK (Hybrid - 3 days on-site, 2 days remote)
Salary: 21.28 per hour (PAYE) 28.19 per hour (Umbrella)
Contract Type: Temporary - 2 Year contract with potential extension
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 (30-minute lunch break)

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support various marketing campaigns across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. You will be part of a collaborative team, contributing to exciting projects such as events, communication strategies, and data analytics. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced marketing environment with diverse and impactful projects.

• Support the execution of marketing campaigns, including creative development and implementation.
• Conduct market and competitive research to identify industry trends and new opportunities.
• Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics to optimise campaign effectiveness.
• Maintain internal communication within the marketing team to ensure alignment with business strategies.
• Assist in event coordination and promotional activities across multiple regions.
• Provide support in marketing data analytics, reporting, and insights.

• Power BI experience is essential - ability to analyse and visualise data effectively.
• Strong background in marketing, with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Strong presentation skills and an analytical mindset.

• Knowledge of marketing communication techniques and promotional strategies.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team projects.
• Experience working with vendors, suppliers, and event management.

• You will be joining a team of five marketing professionals.
• The wider team includes colleagues based in Geneva (3) and Spain (1).
• You will be working on-site in Desford but will be fully integrated into the team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
• Strong experience with Power BI.

• Interview Format: Teams (STAR method)

• Interviewers: Hiring Manager and two colleagues
