We are thrilled to be partnering with a renowned food product manufacturer located on the outskirts of Colchester, who are looking to hire a Hygiene Operative - Night Shift on a temporary to permanent basis. This is a night shift role.

As a key member of the team, you'll play an essential role in upholding the highest hygiene standards, crucial to the smooth running of the manufacturing process.

Key Duties of the Hygiene Operative - Night Shift:

• Thorough cleaning of all production areas, including production lines, floors, ceilings, and walls
• Following weekly and monthly schedules to ensure all tasks are completed on time
• Cleaning external areas
• Adhering to cleaning worksheets to guide tasks
• Ensuring the correct cleaning products are used in the appropriate areas
• Complying with legal and company hygiene standards
• Managing cleaning supplies and chemicals

The ideal candidate will have experience in a cleaning or hygiene role, with previous experience in manufacturing or production environments being a strong advantage.

Location Requirement: Only applicants with their own transport will be considered due to the location.

This is a temporary to permanent opportunity, offering career progression and ongoing training.

Working hours: 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern (which will include some weekends).
