Childcare Practitioner - Nursery in Grantham

Location: Grantham
Start Date: As soon as possible
Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday (Part-time available for the right candidate)
Pay Rate: 14.75 - 15 per hour

Simply Education is looking for a passionate and dedicated Childcare Practitioner to join a welcoming and supportive nursery in Grantham. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Level 3 Childcare Practitioner or an experienced early years professional who is committed to providing high-quality care and education in an engaging learning environment.

• Providing high-quality childcare and ensuring the safety and well-being of all children
• Planning and delivering engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
• Encouraging children's development through creative play, structured learning, and social interaction
• Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to foster a nurturing environment
• Observing and tracking children's progress, supporting their early years learning journey

• A Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent) is essential
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and best practices in early years education
• A genuine passion for child development and early years learning
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
• Ability to work full-time or part-time, depending on suitability
