Childcare Practitioner - Nursery in Woodhall Spa

Location: Woodhall Spa
Start Date: As soon as possible
Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday (Part-time available for the right candidate)
Pay Rate: 14.75 - 15 per hour

Simply Education is currently recruiting for a dedicated and passionate Childcare Practitioner to join a welcoming nursery in Woodhall Spa. This is an excellent opportunity for a Level 3 Childcare Practitioner or experienced early years professional looking to support the learning and development of young children in a nurturing environment.

• Providing high-quality childcare and ensuring a safe and stimulating learning environment
• Planning and delivering engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
• Encouraging children's social, emotional, and cognitive development through structured play and interactive learning
• Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive atmosphere
• Monitoring and assessing children's progress, supporting their early learning journey

• A Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent) is essential
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and early years best practices
• A passion for child development and creating engaging learning experiences
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
• Ability to work full-time or part-time, depending on suitability
