Are you passionate about food and education? We have an exciting opportunity for a Food Technician to join our dynamic team in Northampton. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a school environment and supporting the delivery of high-quality food technology lessons.

Key Responsibilities:

To assist teaching staff in demonstrations and practical work with students.

To support students with their learning.

To maintain the tidy storage of materials and equipment.

To maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the curriculum areas, adhering to health and safety requirements.

To assist with ordering materials for curriculum use.

To assist with any administrative tasks required for the curriculum areas.

Any other reasonable duties requested by the Principal.

We are looking for someone who:

Has a passion for food and cooking.

Possesses excellent organizational skills.

Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Is able to work independently and as part of a team.

Has experience in a similar role or a background in food technology (preferred but not essential).

Is committed to promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment.
