Senior Engineer – Large Commercial Project (Data centre) – Newport

Contract: £(Apply online only) per day | 18 Months

Are you a Senior Engineer with experience in large-scale commercial projects? We are looking for a talented individual to join our team in Newport on a high-profile project that will span the next 18 months.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee and manage earthworks, drainage, and ducting operations on-site.

* Ensure quality assurance standards are met and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

* Manage RFIs (Requests for Information) and work closely with the project team to resolve issues efficiently.

* Coordinate with various stakeholders and subcontractors to deliver the project successfully.

* Utilize BIM modelling for accurate design and execution.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in earthworks, drainage, and ducting on large commercial projects.

* Experience on Data centres.

* Strong background in BIM modelling and its application in construction.

* Expertise in quality assurance and managing RFIs.

* Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

* Strong communication and leadership skills.
