Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Civils Sub Agent to take the lead on an exciting 4-month highways project, working on a major bypass in the South West of England. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an established Tier 2 contractor, delivering a high-profile scheme for a prestigious client.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Overseeing project planning and execution to ensure work is completed on time and within budget.

✔️ Managing site teams and subcontractors, ensuring efficient coordination and smooth operations.

✔️ Ensuring strict health, safety, and quality compliance throughout the project.

✔️ Budget management and progress reporting, keeping stakeholders informed.

✔️ Acting as the key liaison between clients, engineers, and senior management.

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ CSCS card, SMSTS, and First Aid certification (essential).

✔️ Strong experience in civil engineering and highways projects.

✔️ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

✔️ Proven ability to deliver complex infrastructure projects safely and efficiently.
