Year 3 Teacher - Primary School - Rushden

Simply Education is delighted to be working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Rushden that is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to join their team.

The Role:

As a Year 3 Teacher, you will:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum.

Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports learning and personal development.

Help pupils build their literacy, numeracy, and problem-solving skills.

Use creative and innovative teaching methods to inspire and engage students.

Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and adapting teaching strategies where necessary.

Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.

Encourage positive behaviour and support students in developing confidence and independence.

What We're Looking For:

✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

✅ Experience teaching within KS2, ideally Year 3.

✅ A patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic approach to teaching.

✅ Strong classroom management and organisational skills.

✅ The ability to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.

✅ Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures (training can be provided).

Essential Requirements:

🔍 Two years of referencing history

📄 Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one)
