Junior Level Service Desk Support (Level 1) - Security Clearance Required
We are seeking a Junior Level Service Desk Support Staff (Level 1) to join a prestigious government department project through a leading global IT services provider. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level IT professional looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
Location: London (Hybrid - 2-3 days in office)
Contract: 6 months (Inside IR35)
Rate: £160-£180 per day
Security Clearance Required
Key Responsibilities:
Triage and categorise support requests efficiently
Provide first-line support to end users, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
Troubleshoot technical issues independently and escalate where necessary.
Work collaboratively with the wider IT team to ensure seamless issue resolution
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a Service Desk / IT Support role (preferred but not essential).
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative
Excellent communication skills and customer-focused approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a teamThis is a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-profile government project and develop your IT support skills in a structured and professional environment.
