Marketing Coordinator (12-Month Maternity Cover) - Remote with Monthly Cambridge Office Visits
My client is looking for a proactive and self-sufficient Marketing Coordinator to join their team on a 12-month maternity cover contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a marketing professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys building strong customer relationships.
Predominantly remote, you will work from home, with the requirement to attend the Cambridge office once a month and be on-site for a six-week period over the summer. Occasional international travel may also be required.
As Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in strengthening brand presence, managing campaigns, and ensuring seamless marketing operations.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Building - Develop and maintain strong relationships with their customers and key stakeholders.
Social Media & Digital Marketing - Manage social media platforms to increase engagement and brand awareness.
CRM & Data Management - Utilise CRM systems to optimise marketing efforts and track customer interactions.
Marketing Strategy & Campaigns - Plan and coordinate marketing initiatives to drive brand visibility and engagement.
Event Management - Organise and oversee events, ensuring effective execution and impact.
Brand Awareness - Implement strategies to enhance their market presence and audience reach
We are looking for someone who:
✔ Has strong customer relationship-building skills.
✔ Is experienced in social media management, CRM systems, and marketing campaigns.
✔ Is self-sufficient, organised, and able to work independently.
✔ Has experience in event coordination and brand development.
✔ Is open to occasional international travel.
📅 Contract: 12-month maternity cover
📍 Location: Predominantly remote, with monthly office visits in Cambridge and a 6-week summer office period
✈️ Travel: Some international travel may be required
