What You'll Do:

🔹 Develop detailed battery pack test plans based on system requirements, legislation, and risk assessments

🔹 Work with internal & external test providers to finalize test schedules and documentation

🔹 Lead fault-finding investigations and root cause analysis

🔹 Manage risk assessments (DFMEAs) and validation plans

🔹 Communicate validation progress to internal & external stakeholders

What You'll Need:

✔ 2+ years of high-voltage battery validation experience

✔ Strong data analysis & root cause resolution skills

✔ Passion for problem-solving and continuous learning

✔ Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining process discipline
