Senior Decision/Data Scientist

Contract Role - Day Rate circa £600 (inside IR35)

Fully remote working - Successful candidates must be UK based

Duration - 6 months initially

We are looking for someone who has hands on experience working with Pega Decisioning/Pega Marketing.

In this role you will oversee the design, development and delivery of a multi-channel customer contact communication strategy, done through intelligent and safe use of Data.

You will lead a team responsible for the design and build of effective market leading journeys that deliver value - You will also work collaboratively with stakeholders to understand strategies to be able to deliver decisioning capability whilst developing strong relationships.

Along with this you will also coach and develop/mentor less experienced colleagues.

Our ideal candidate will be someone with the following experience:

Hands on experience with Pega Decisioning and Pega Marketing (preferred), or an equivalent decisioning capability.

Good understanding of the Adobe Web Analytics toolset.

Good understanding of analytical or database querying software, data visualisation software, big data environments and cloud environments.

Track record of influencing change through the use of innovative ideas and effective stakeholder management across a business.

Coaching and developing less experienced colleagues.
