About the Provision:

• A brand-new EYFS & KS1 SEND provision designed to provide tailored support for young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality support to children with SEND, fostering their social, emotional, and academic development.
• Lead and coordinate the work of other support staff, ensuring consistent and effective provision.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to create personalised learning plans.
• Contribute to creating a safe, positive, and inspiring learning environment.

Candidate Requirements:

• Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent) with experience in SEND support.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Passion for working with young children and making a positive impact.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
