This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about education, whether you have experience as a Teaching Assistant, are considering a career in teaching, or simply want to make a difference in the classroom.

• Providing essential support to students to help them stay focused and engaged in lessons.
• Assisting teachers with classroom activities and lesson preparation.
• Working with students who need extra support, either one-to-one or in small groups.
• Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborating with teachers and school staff to support student development.

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with young people is beneficial but not essential.
• A genuine passion for education and student support.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A flexible and proactive approach to working in a school setting.
• An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
