About the Role

• Position: Childcare Practitioner / Nursery Nurse
• Location: Cleethorpes, Lincolnshire
• Salary: 14.75 per hour+
• Contract Type: Full-time, Part-time, and Flexible positions available
• Start Date: Immediate starts available

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding childcare and early years education in line with EYFS framework
• Plan and implement engaging activities that support children's development
• Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development
• Work collaboratively with parents and fellow practitioners
• Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed at all times
• Support children's personal care needs and emotional wellbeing

Essential Requirements:

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Early Years, or equivalent
• Previous experience working in nursery settings
• Knowledge of EYFS framework
• Valid DBS check (or willing to obtain through Simply Education)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about children's development and early years education
