Job Title: Freelance Site Supervisor

Location: Doncaster

Duration: 12 months

Job Description:

Unite People are working with a Social Housing contractor to hire a Site Supervisor to work on a refurbishment of existing dwellings in South Yorkshire. Works include general maintenance, waterproofing, and upgrades to homes. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a small trades team, and taking photographs of completed work for quality purposes.

Key Requirements:

• Valid SSSTS or SMSTS
• CSCS Card
• Preferably First Aid

Responsibilities:

• Supervise shifts to ensure project timelines are met
• OTake accurate photos to record work carried out, and quality.
• Oversee health and safety protocols on-site
• Coordinate with subcontractors and site personnel
• Ensure quality standards are maintained

Rate of Pay:

21 per hour
